ESCO does work within existing client programs and processes as well as bring any needed processes and standards along with our work efforts.  Each partner and every client need may facilitate a different concentration or management perspective, depending on what is most important to the client partner at that particular time. To some it may be cost and to others it may be scope or schedule (the original “Iron Constraints” of Project Management) that lead to quality and success.

ESCO’s company logo and the triangle within represents our disbelief in the outdated “three-legged stool” to project management. It’s always said that you can only have two of the three original constraints at any because the third will need to be “sacrificed” for the other two in order to guarantee quality.  ESCO’s three legs of the triangle symbolize safety, quality, and production—all elements necessary for a successful work effort.
